Madame Victoire Tweezer

12,90

An elegant pair of tweezers adorned with a portrait of Marie-Louise-Thérèse-Victoire of France, known as Madame Victoire, painted by Jean-Marc Nattier in 1748. The motifs echo the hangings of Madame Victoire’s bedchamber.

The “Ladies of the Court” collection was created for the Chapelle counter, at the very heart of the Palace of Versailles. It features portraits of illustrious ladies set against a floral background, reminiscent of the château’s tapestries.
