Terms of delivery

La Boutique delivers anywhere in mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, Monaco, Corsica and abroad.

You can choose home delivery or parcel delivery (option only available for mainland France). Our shipping partners are DPD, DPD Relai colis and DHL International.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the carrier, the total weight of the order and the delivery address.


You will be informed by email when your parcel has been dispatched and you can track it on the DPD or DHL websites.

Delivery times extend from the time the carrier takes charge of the order. The times indicated are indicative average times expressed in working days:

  • Metropolitan France and Monaco D+2
  • DOM-TOM from D+5 to D+7
  • Europe from D+3 to D+5
  • Worldwide from D+5 to D+10

For orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays, the above delivery times will apply from the next working day.

Right of withdrawal and returns

The Boutique allows you to shop with peace of mind.
You can return your purchases under the best possible conditions in the following cases*:

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting a return.

  • If the product(s) do not conform to those you ordered.
  • If the product(s) arrived damaged.

We will accompany you throughout the returns process to ensure that you receive simple and reliable tracking.


In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 clear days from the date of receipt. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Once your return has been validated by us, please return the product(s) ordered to the following address, respecting the deadlines mentioned above:

For the return of a damaged or undelivered product, please contact us directly using this form.


The return of any product(s) ordered will give rise to a refund equal to :

  • the purchase price of the product(s) and delivery costs, if the product(s) arrived damaged or undelivered,
  • the purchase price of the product(s) if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

In this 2nd case, it is understood that the following costs will remain at your charge:

  • the cost of returning the parcel
  • the cost of gift wrap (in application of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code)
  • any additional ancillary costs.


The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the parcel by our logistics teams. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as that used to place the order.

*Products that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, personalised products and delicatessen products cannot be returned or refunded.
