MARIE-ANTOINETTE
Marie-Antoinette, an Austrian princess, wife of Louis XVI and Queen of France,
remains one of the most fascinating figures in the history of Versailles
She is depicted in a cameo in bright, vibrant colours on two sets of petit four and dessert plates.

ENDROITS REMARQUABLES
Inspired by engravings by Jacques Rigaud, created in the 18th century during the reign of Louis XV, these designs showcase iconic views of the estate in a refined, graphic style. The illustrations, rendered in deep black, a timeless colour synonymous with luxury and elegance, depict remarkable features of the palace: a view of the Grande Avenue, a perspective of the Chapel, the Orangery, and a view taken from the Terrace.
