This small rectangular porcelain dish bears the silhouette of king Louis XIV. You can match it with the small square dish or the mug in the same line sold in the boutique.

The silhouette is inspired by the portrait of Louis XIV in his coronation costume painted by Hyacinthe Rigaud, a French painter who specialised in portraits. You can discover one of the two copies of this portrait in the Apollo Salon of the Château de Versailles.
