This tea towel was woven. Its pattern appears on both sides of the tea towel. It is easily maintained: washable at 60°C.

"The society meal" inaugurated by Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette to restore some style to the life of the Court brought together forty guests distinguished by their high ranking or their merit. These meals were held in the large new dining room of the Small Apartment and were served either with a silver dinner service or the finest porcelain service made in Sèvres.
