This poster is the official poster for the exhibition dedicated to 18th-century landscape gardening.

From 5 May to 27 September 2026, the exhibition will showcase nearly 160 works — paintings, drawings, furniture, architectural plans and costumes — illustrating the emergence of a new art of landscape design. Through a spectacular exhibition design, the exhibition reveals a style liberated from the conventions of the French formal garden, where irregularity, whimsy and philosophical reflection on nature take centre stage.

Echoing the gardens commissioned by Marie-Antoinette at the Petit Trianon, this immersive experience offers a sensitive interpretation of iconic sites, such as the Belvédère, the Temple of Love and the Queen’s Hamlet, which visitors can then explore as they stroll through the grounds.
