Track my order
The Boutique informs you by e-mail each time you place an order.
In order to help you track your order, you will be informed by e-mail of the different stages of your order until delivery:
- Payment accepted
- Order being processed
- Order being delivered
Once payment has been accepted, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail and will be available in your personal space, My Account, under the heading Orders.
Once the order has been sent, you will receive a parcel number by e-mail so that you can track its progress.
You can track the delivery of your parcel on the DPD or DHL websites.
If you have not received your order on time, you can contact us here.
Our customer service will then open an enquiry with the carrier.
If your parcel is found, it will be returned to you.
If the parcel is declared lost, we will inform you within 48 hours of receiving your request. You will have the option of :
- receive a product identical to the one ordered, as soon as possible. The Boutique will cover the cost of sending this product;
- request cancellation of your order by contacting us. The order will be considered cancelled on receipt of this email. You will be reimbursed for the amount of your order and delivery costs within 14 days of cancellation of the order.
