"Angelina" Bitter orange marmalade

This marmalade is ideal on bread for breakfast and goes well with soft white cheese. It can also be used as an ingredient in pastries.

Orange holds a special place at the Palace of Versailles, as the estate is home to some 900 orange trees. Showcased on the parterres of the Orangerie in the spring and summer, they are stored in the Orangerie built by Jules Hardouin-Mansart.

You can find all the Angelina products at the Angelina tea rooms at the Palace of Versailles and the Petit Trianon.

Ingredients: Bitter orange pulp, sugar.
