This square porcelain change tray features cornflower motifs, a laurel wreath and gold edging. A non-skid felt pad keeps it from sliding. It perfectly matches the "Allée du Roy" candle-holder, which is also sold in our gift shop.

An 18th-century technique was used to make the Limoges porcelain. Maison Raynaud, a famous family manufacturer that has been carrying on the Limoges porcelain tradition since the 19th century, made this change tray.

In the 18th century the cornflower was the symbol of Queen Marie-Antoinette's reign.
