This bag is made from natural cotton, ecru colour, and is entirely lined. Its handle is wide (3 cm) and long (26 cm high) and the mount is reinforced sturdily. It is easy to maintain: it can be washed at 40°C and ironed.

The silk-screen decoration consists of a series of topiary designs, initially drawn in black pencil and red chalk, from an album entitled "Décoration intérieure et jardins de Versailles", a compilation of 58 red chalk counter prints of drawings from the early 18th century depicting the decoration and furniture of royal and aristocratic residences. This manuscript has been in the collections of the Château de Versailles since 1934.
