By the light of the chandelier

This white chandelier evokes the splendour of the Hall of Mirrors in the Château de Versailles.

Created by the Scandinavian designer Claire Requa, the chandelier is made exclusively of materials that respect the environment, and is delivered in a white case with wide black handles that you can reuse as you please. The chandelier is delivered in kit form: follow the instructions supplied to easily assemble the five branches that it consists of. It requires a single 40 W bulb, and is not suited for use with candles.

A symbol of absolute monarchy, the Hall of Mirrors was built between 1678 and 1684 by the architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart to meet the wishes of the Sun King. The play on light created by the 357 mirrors and the 23 crystal chandeliers made this room used for state occasions into an enchantment for the eyes.
